Charmaine teaches Baby and Pregnancy Yoga at RozyGlow and is an EXPERT in her field as a Doula, Pregnancy & Baby Yoga teacher, and Aromatherapist.
Charmaine first joined InJoy Yoga pregnant with her second child who she gave birth to at home. Rosanna Kalliabetsos, the Founder of InJoy Yoga was her teacher through pregnancy and baby yoga. These practices literally shorten the length of labour! Charmaine is also a womb yoga specialist, aromatherapist and general amazing woman.
FAQs
All of our Birthlight Baby Yoga classes are suitable for complete yoga newbies, as well as seasoned yogis.
What do I do about feeding or changing my baby if they need it? Or they start crying in class?
You can feed and change you baby on your yoga mat, as your baby demands! And we always encourage responding to your baby’s crying…we all know as mothers how nervous we can get if our baby is ‘disturbing the peace’ aka crying…and we also know that it happens to everyone! So expect to have support in how to understand the various cries of your baby and that space is one of nurture and non-judgement… come as you are…even in your PJ’s if you like! Need some rest desperately? That’s where the teacher can help and work with your baby whilst you rest.
